This guide will assist you in uploading Customer Mapping and Journey Planner
Go to this website: https://portal.boostorder.net/YOURSITENAME/login (Replace YOURSITENAME with the site you usually use eg. YOURSITENAME.myboostorder.com/login)
You can access this page using the email and password you login to the regular cloud site.
The journey plan is located at the main left hand menu.
IMPORTANT - Always upload Customer Mapping FIRST, followed by Journey Planner
UCC Mapping is the mapping between manufacturer/supplier customer codes which is provided via an excel file. You will then upload the file using the Customer Mapping tool.
When you click the Import > Customer Mapping button you will be prompted to select an excel file from your computer. The file will then be uploaded, and the contents of the file will be displayed.

Journey Plan ConfigurationThe journey plan can me updated in a similar way to to the customer mapping.
When uploading a Journey Plan you must specify the date from which the journey plan starts.
